Welcome to Megan Mowery's portfolio. I'm the senior shopping editor at Reader's Digest, where I cover everything from product reviews to data-driven gift guides to SEO-optimized Best lists. I have 5 years of experience in affiliate ecommerce journalism, and 7+ years across the journalism industry as a whole.

When I'm not managing my team of two direct reports or assigning to my network of freelancers, you can find me testing products and digging into Semrush, Looker, Skimlinks and Amazon Associates for the latest optimizations and opportunities. My goal is to bring affiliate products—all of which I truly love—to our audience through smart, well-written content that moves the needle.

Previously, I was an e-commerce and branded content writer at Meredith Corporation, where my clients included Walmart, Home Depot, lululemon, eBay, and Nordstrom. My work has been published in People, InStyle, Real Simple, Travel + Leisure, Food & Wine, and more.
